Serco- an Affiliate AJC in The Partnership's network We are part of The Partnership’s network of American Job Centers, serving North Riverside, Maywood, and Malcolm X College West Campus.

Connecting career seekers to employment, training, and workforce resources. We focus on helping job seekers find a job for free! We are federally funded and are fully staffed with workforce development professionals that can help you find work. To enroll in this program, you have to qualify under one of the listed status': receiving unemployment insurance, exhausted your unemployment benefits, or

Join our team! Looking for motivated Employment Specialist/Job Developers. The role focuses on engaging employers, identifying workforce needs, and connecting job seekers to quality employment or work-based learning opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering strong customer service, developing employer relationships, assessing candidate skills, and coordinating referrals. Ideal candidates have workforce development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
