In 2012 Flint Ridge Ranch, formerly Flint Ridge Farm of Amherst, Ohio, shifted its focus from producing quality endurance Quarter Horses to helping in the revival of the rare and nearly extinct breed of spotted drafts known as the Sugarbush Draft Horse or Harlequin Draft Horses.
