🚨Community Announcement 🚨

If you’ve been avoiding Birmingham Municipal Court, June is your month to handle it.

Starting June 1, the court is holding Court Amnesty Month for the entire month of June.

If you have an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant, this is your window to come in, work it out, and move forward. No threat of immediate arrest. The court is waiving all Failure to Appear fees for anyone who shows up and takes steps to resolve their case.

Whether that means paying your original fines, setting up a payment plan, or getting back into compliance with a court-ordered program, we are giving our residents a real path to get right.

Come in Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and bring a valid ID. June 1 through June 30.
