F.D. Campbell Memorial Library Welcome to the F.D. Campbell Library, serving the needs of the Bessemer Borough, Mahoning Township and North Beaver Township since 1920. The F.D.

Campbell Library, established in 1920, is a public, non-sectarian library serving the informational, educational and recreational needs of residents of Lawrence County, PA by collecting, organizing, preserving and making accessible a currently useful collection of books, printed and audiovisual materials, computer-based resources and other appropriate material.
