Due to circumstances, we will be canceling Thursday’s Registration. We will reschedule and announce that date as soon as possible. Thank you to those that were able to attend today.

📚✏️Don’t forget RETURNING STUDENT registration is open online for the 2026-2027 school year. You should have received an email with a link and information you need to complete the registration in PowerSchool.

If you need assistance with this you may come by the school on either:
Tuesday, June 9 - 8:30-12:30 or
Thursday, June 11 - 10:00 a 2:00.
Please bring your log-in information, including passwords, and any documentation you may need assistance with uploading.

🔸KINDERGARTEN & NEW Student registration portal has not opened yet. As soon as it does we will post information for it. However if you attended Greenwood for PreK for 25-26 year, you may complete registration as a returning student.

We hope everyone has had a great first week of Summer and looking forward to seeing those who start Summer Jam learning today!!

If you need us for anything at all over the next several weeks take notice of our office hours below. We will be in the office Monday-Thursday, closed on Fridays. If you are in need of any assistance with records or any paperwork, please give us a call ahead of your visit so we can prepare it for you!

¡Esperamos que todos hayan tenido una gran primera semana de verano y esperamos ver a aquellos que comienzan Summer Jam aprendiendo hoy!

🌧️☀️ Rain, sleet, or snow, the Greenwood Dragons keep showing up and showing out!

Our athletes competed hard, demonstrated great sportsmanship, and represented Greenwood with pride. We had multiple athletes earn 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes, but most importantly, everyone gave their best effort and had a great time doing it.

We are incredibly proud of our Dragons for their dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. Keep up the amazing work, Dragons! 💚🐉🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today was a sweet afternoon of celebrating our very own Mrs. Toni Hill!! She has served Bessemer City Schools and Greenwood for 25 years and she has done so well!! We love and appreciate her heart for our children, her commitment to our cafeteria, and her kindness she shared with everyone!! She will be missed by her Greenwood family and we wish her all the best in her retirement!!! 💚💛
