NTA EMS Rescue page for the Rev. Noel T Adams Memorial Ambulance District (NTA) in Bethany, Missouri. NTA EMS Rescue is just that.

NTA EMS provides quality Advanced Life Support emergency medical service and care twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. NTA has gone from having less than three hundred calls in 1975 to over thirteen hundred calls in 2008. NTA has three Ambulances ready to serve and an assortment of heavy rescue vehicles and equipment. NTA performs and supports its own rescue. The Board has not only supported

this somewhat unique endeavor over the years but believes wholeheartedly that the best equipment and training available is what will ultimately benefit the citizens and patients under NTA care. "Our patients deserve the best treatment and care that we can give them, and we'll do just that."

Are you or someone you know interested in a career in EMS? Maybe you are a first responder looking to further your education and be able to help your community? We are hosting an EMT class starting in 2026!!

We will host an informational meeting on November 18th at 6:30 p.m. at the North MO EMS building. This meeting will explain class hour requirements, clinical requirements, and additional testing fees for your national certification that is not covered in the class cost.

We will start class in January and it should wrap up around the end of March to early April. Cost will be $800 with a deposit of $250 to cover books and the online package that comes with. There is a payment plan available. There is also first responder discount available, please contact us to find out more. Please contact our office at 660-425-6319 or send an e-mail to [email protected] with "EMT Class" in the subject line if you would like contacted about class or to sign up. We need to get a head count of students before December to get books ordered so please share this and contact us to get your name on the list!

Congrats to our employees who completed the Grand River CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) training. This was a 40 hour course that taught our providers how to interact and help people who are having a behavioral crisis, or mental health emergency. It also gives our providers access to resources that we can pass along to those patients!

NTA EMS provides quality Advanced Life Support (ALS) emergency medical services and cares twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. NTA has gone from having less than three hundred calls in 1975 to over thirteen hundred calls in 2017. NTA has four Ambulances ready to serve and an assortment of heavy rescue vehicles, technical rescue equipment for confined space, high/low angle, surface water, public safety divers, UAS (drones) for wide area search, and hazardous materials response as a Region H HSRT partner. NTA EMS Rescue is just that. NTA performs and supports its own rescue. The Board has not only endorsed this somewhat unique endeavor over the years but believes wholeheartedly that the best equipment and training available is what will ultimately benefit the citizens and patients under NTA care.
