Join us for a fun, energizing barre3 class at Bethel Park Library.

Barre3 is coming soon to the South Hills of Pittsburgh (across from South Hills Village Mall). Prior to our new studio opening, we want to give you the chance to try a complimentary 45-minute barre3 Signature class!

Barre3 is a science-backed workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. We're all about progress over perfection, so no experience is necessary. We meet you where you are offering layers and modifications for every move.

WHAT TO BRING:

-Yoga mat

-Water bottle

Sebastian’s Log – Summer Learning – Day 1

While perusing my Summer Learning Bingo card #1, I noticed that if I started a daily journal, I could earn a gem. I will share my journal with you, my social media friends.

Today I ate my breakfast, took a nap, got up to get a drink of water, took a nap, meowed a lot at my mom, took a nap, ate my dinner, took a nap, meowed for some treats (which I got, of course), and then washed my face and paws.

When the sun went down, I put on my pajamas, picked up a book that I borrowed from the library, and read for 20 minutes before, you guessed it, taking a nap so I could be rested to meow at my mom at 4:30 in the morning. Doesn’t she know that I want my breakfast nice and early?

Presenter Paul Manfredi will offer ways to preserve your family's memories by digitizing old films, photographs, and slides. He will also discuss tools for editing and organizing these files.
