On August 13, Gov Shapiro filed a lawsuit with your tax dollars to quash a subpoena from US Department of Transportation seeking CDL records for truck drivers operating in PA. This follows a FMCSA federal audit of PA’s non-domiciled CDL program where PennDOT could not demonstrate proper proof of lawful presence of truck drivers.

Get involved. Keep the momentum going!
Pennsylvania’s Democratic voter-registration advantage has fallen from 640,000 in 2020 to just 25,800 in August 2026. Want to keep the momentum going in your spare time? Join us at the next Bethel Park Republican Committee meeting:
Thursday, Aug. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Bethel Park Municipal Building.

Under Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania's economy is ranked 47 out of 50 states and life is unaffordable.

Hardworking Pennsylvania families know we can do better, and that’s why Josh Shapiro’s lead is crumbling!

We have the momentum, but we can’t take our foot off the gas. Join our team today and let’s turn Pennsylvania around!

This Election on Nov. 3rd isn’t about party labels-it’s about common sense. Summer Lee is an in-your-face, brazen advocate for further reducing the role of police and prisons while seeking to circumvent criminal statutes passed by your elected legislators. Continue to pay her salary or fire her on Nov. 3rd?

Whether it’s shootings in Wilkinsburg, violence in Clairton, or large disturbances involving juveniles in Pittsburgh, too many Western Pennsylvania families are asking the same question: Are our communities safe?

The challenge is compounded by ongoing difficulties recruiting and retaining police officers across Pittsburgh and surrounding municipalities — shortages that slow response times, limit proactive policing, and increase workloads on the officers we still have.

Summer Lee’s Community Safety Agenda frames safety as “not about more cops or prisons,” and she has previously called to defund police and abolish the carceral state. James Hayes takes the opposite approach: he will stand with law enforcement, ensure repeat violent offenders face real consequences, invest in effective prevention, and fight for the safer communities every Western PA family deserves.

07/28/2026

Supporting law enforcement, investing in crime prevention and making sure repeat, violent offenders are held accountable. This November, Vote James Hayes for U.S.Congress.
