A wonderful afternoon with Chef Dima Martseniuk at Ruta, the new Ukrainian restaurant on Capitol Hill. We were part of a project on Ukrainian culture which featured food and memories of home cuisine. Thanks to our excellent filmmaker Chip Warren for his skill and the team if the US Embassy in Kyiv. Especially to Yuliia Korsharna and her team for making this happen.
