uck with auto extrication tools. We run all types of calls such as first responders on medical calls, motor vehicle collisions, service calls for systems and alarms, and structure fires. Station 6 has been at its current location since 1969, moving here from an older station at Old Georgetown Road and Arlington Road. We run with other stations in Chevy Chase, Glen Echo, Cedar, Democracy, Cabin John, Montgomery Hills, and Potomac. We even run into the District of Columbia, N.I.H., and Navy Med at times. We are challenged with narrow and crowded streets, park land such as the Capital Crescent Trail, and the M.E.T.R.O. All part of the 2nd Battalion.
