There is still time to reserve your seats to join our friends North Country Chamber Players this Saturday, August 8th for "Tango Romance"

Featuring Grammy Award-winning artist, Pablo Ziegler, was the pianist in Astor Piazzolla’s legendary quintet for more than a decade. Born in Buenos Aires, he is considered one of the most important figures of tango nuevo and the last direct heir to Piazzollas’s performing tradition. His music blends traditional tango with American Jazz and European Classicism, creating a refined yet rhythmically charged style. His historic, return appearance with the Chamber Players is not to be missed.

The North Country Chamber Players have adopted a “Pay-What-You-Wish ticket pricing for concerts. Seating is limited – free, online reservation encouraged! The recommended ticket price is $25, payable at the door but there is no minimum ticket price required for entry.

Looking for something fun and interesting to do on Wednesday evenings this August? Join the Forest Society North at the Tanya Tellman Pavilion for the Bretzfelder Summer Family Education Series! Each week, we'll explore a different topic with engaging speakers and plenty of opportunities to learn something new together. Discover the amazing world of dragonflies, uncover the incredible ways animals adapt to survive, and step back in time to learn about New Hampshire's Pine Tree Riot. These family-friendly programs are a great way to spend a summer evening outdoors-we hope you'll join us.

🌿🐾 Wild About Nature! 🐾🌿

Calling all young nature explorers ages 5–11! Join Forest Society North at Bretzfelder Memorial Park on Thursday, August 20, from 9:00 AM–11:30 AM for a fun-filled morning of outdoor discovery.

Kids will enjoy interactive, hands-on nature activities, explore the wonders of the natural world, make new friends, and enjoy a morning snack along the way.

💲 Cost: $10 per child

Space is limited, so be sure to register early and get ready to go wild about nature! Registration deadline is August 14.

🍁 Join us at the Forest Society North at The Rocks to discover the sweet story behind maple syrup this summer! Our guided Summer Maple Tour will explore our maple trail, sugarhouse, and maple museum while learning how sap becomes syrup. Top off your visit with a tasting of our famous Rocks Maple syrup and a sour pickle—a classic New Hampshire tradition! Registration is required. We hope to see you there!
