Just in case everyone was wondering with the recent rain why the fire danger is still up. WMUR posted this map this morning showing how the drought is still. Please remember there is absolutely NO burning anytime day or night. It can hold up to a 2000 dollar fine.

Please remember that even though it has rained, it does not mean that you can burn. There still is a State wide burn ban, and that goes for all categories. We were busy this weekend with fires, and everyone was very understanding, but just remember this could come with a fine up to 2000 dollars. If you ever have a question, please feel free to stop by the station or give the fire department and call at 603-869-2232.

Please be aware that NH is in a burn ban. That means that we will NOT be giving out any burn permits, and there will be NO brush fires nor fires exceeding the Class 1 description allowed.
