🌟 Supervisor Spotlight: Marlee 🌟
This month, we're highlighting Marlee, a Community Employment Program Coordinator!
Marlee joined Via in August 2018 and has spent the past eight years helping the people we support reach their goals and achieve success in the workplace. Her favorite part of her role is watching those people accomplish new things and grow in their independence and confidence.
One of her favorite Via memories is the annual Halloween costume contest at Ci**rs International, where the team comes together to show off their creativity and have some fun dressing up for the contest.
When she's not at work, Marlee enjoys spending time with her daughter and cheering her on at soccer games.
Thank you, Marlee, for your dedication, encouragement, and commitment to helping people achieve meaningful employment and reach their full potential! 💙
