A big thank you to Pop’s Chevrolet for donating to each of our county fire departments and for everyone who organized this event. The county’s firefighters hardly get much appreciation or even recognition for what they do every day for their communities and this is a great gesture.

It’s with much sadness that we pass along that our Brother Greg (G O) Osborne passed away last night. Visitation will be at Calvary Baptist Church at Betsy Layne tomorrow evening and all day Monday. Funeral on Tuesday at 1pm
