Friends of Bettendorf Parks Foundation Friends of Bettendorf Parks Foundation is a non-profit organization formed to help improve and develop recreational amenities in the community.

The Friends of Bettendorf Parks & Recreation Foundation is a non-profit volunteer organization whose purpose is to organize, sponsor, and maintain programs for improving the parks, recreation facilities, and the lives of those who utilize them. The foundation is managed by a volunteer board of 13 Bettendorf citizens. Meetings are held at 8 a.m. in the Bettendorf Family Museum on the fourth Thursday of every month, except November.
