Teens for Tomorrow - T4T

Teens for Tomorrow - T4T group for high schoolers. We learn about community issues so we can make smart grants to great causes.

T4T teaches Quad City Area high school students about philanthropy - the giving of time, talent and treasures. We focus on the giving of treasure by learning about community needs and making grants to address them. It's definitely a high school experience you will never forget.

Hey hey hey, Illinois teens! The Illinois Youth Budget Commission is creating a youth advisory working group for youth to participate in the commission's work. They want to include youth from the Quad Cities region to ensure a fair geographic representation of the state. If anyone who applies for a position is selected, they will receive a $500 stipend for their work.

The deadline is April 5.

Happy New Year from T4T! 🎉

Our teens already have an exciting 2022, with their grant program taking shape!

At our last meeting, the teens presented information about local issues gathered through conducting interviews and research, gaining valuable knowledge from leaders across the QC. After learning more about grantmaking ethics, the teens found a focus on what values are most important to them, developing their T4T grant program!

Stay tuned as the T4T Grant Application opens on January 15th!
