The City of Beverly invites residents to a public hearing launching FY2027 of the Community Preservation Act (CPA).
With about $1 million in annual funding, CPA grants support projects in open space, recreation, historic preservation, and community housing.

This weekend’s Bin Swap event was a great success, with our community finding new homes for 589 barrels and bins. Great thanks go to our amazing partners Waste Reduction Committee, Green Beverly, all of our volunteers, and YOU ALL for participating.
