The Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms today has been expanded northward to include the I-20 corridor of east Texas and northwest Louisiana. Damaging winds, small hail, and isolated tornadoes are the main threats through the afternoon.

Winter storms often mean using generators, fireplaces, and space heaters, all of which can increase the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Don’t wait. Test your CO alarms today and make sure they’re working.

We would like to ask if it’s not a true emergency to stay off the roads , stay home until roads are passable, multiple reports of trees down and powerlines. It’s very difficult at moment for our first responders to get around . Please stay home and safe !!
