✨ Last week we had the opportunity to work with the amazing Peggy Tunnell for another Journaling Workshop — this time held at the Middle School! 🖊️💫

Journaling is such a powerful tool for self-expression and growth. It helps reduce stress, boost creativity, increase self-awareness, and promote emotional healing. For teens, it’s a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and discover their voice. 💕

These are just a few of the beautiful collages our young women created — each one as unique and inspiring as the artist behind it! 🎨🌟

The Mom & Dad Project es el único Centro de Educación y Recursos para padres en el área de Big Bear, CA. Clases “Play & Learn” donde puedes compartir y aprender junto con tus hijos pequeños de 1 a 5 años. Clases semanales sobre Embarazo y Parto, Crianza y clases exclusivamente para “Papás”. Sin olvidar nuestra nueva clase totalmente en Español “Educando con Amor”. Todos los servicios sin costo alguno.
