The documented attorney's analysis already in the Jan. public file states that outdoor athletic events with PA systems, music, crowd noise, and referee whistles will persistently exceed code limits in multiple frequency bands — and that a referee whistle alone exceeds the 34 dB limit in the 2.4–4.8 kHz band. The Village would need to amend its own code to accommodate routine athletic use. A banquet hall hosting events with amplified music is an additional and separate noise source that was never analyzed.

The Noise Code Problem — Which Is Already in the Record
This is where the banquet hall becomes legally significant. Village Code Section 16.24(F) contains an octave band noise standard. The attorney's analysis already in the case file states that outdoor athletic events with PA systems, music, crowd noise, and referee whistles will persistently exceed code limits in multiple frequency bands — and that a referee whistle alone exceeds the 34 dB limit in the 2.4–4.8 kHz band. The Village would need to amend its own code to accommodate routine athletic use. Certiorari Filed. A Judge — Not the Village — Now Decides If Their Approval Was Legal. Fake Studies, A Missing Traffic Analysis, Illegal Spot Zoning, and the Harm to Private Property Owners Are All on the Record. Their Own Transcripts and Testimony Prove It.

And it doesn’t stop there. When a sitting Village Board of Review member immediately targeted the lead opposition’s personal court records the same night our legal cases were filed publicly — threatening to use incoming government database access to expose more — that egregious behavior becomes corroborating evidence of this board’s character. A judge can and will consider the conduct of the officials who made these decisions. Their own actions after the fact tell the story. This is something we have been planning since January.

Village of Big Bend, WI - This is not going to be a good look for you.
A Village of Big Bend Board of Review member is using her official position to personally target and intimidate the lead opponent of a major development project — digging up dismissed court records, threatening to use incoming government database access to expose more, and doing it all while that opponent is an active party in litigation against the Village. It's First Amendment retaliation, abuse of office, and witness intimidation — all documented in her own public Facebook posts. And subsequently pushing to your fan page under Anonymous, to continue the threat doesn't make it less damaging to you.

Oh, how precious — The Village of Big Bend keeping you informed page, desperately digging through hundreds of posts just to nitpick one transcript misquote. Big One. Out of so many. That’s your big gotcha?
Meanwhile, you’re completely ghosting the actual questions: Where’s the traffic impact analysis? Where’s a stormwater runoff plan that actually accounts for the soil conditions — and, wild concept, has an ending? No nodes isn’t a plan, it’s a shrug.
And let’s talk about your record-keeping, since you love scrutinizing ours. You don’t do recordings well, You don’t do transcripts - Someone else has to pull your meetings off YouTube and try to lip-read what you’re mumbling — and THEN you have the nerve to fact-check OUR documentation, so little.
You combed through 50 photos to find one you could twist into calling someone a liar. Fifty. And you still couldn’t find the energy to answer a single substantive question. Instead, you say - I won’t answer you, but you blocked me from answering you on your site.
