Been busy now it’s time for the final grind till it snows!
Finish grading for a 60x60 shop. We grade our gravel to accommodate drains instead of sacrificing depth of concrete.

350 yards of trucked in pitrun going back in the hole.

This house has approximately 2000sqft of concrete patio and parking area that will end up right against the home. Soils engineer is happy with materials and compaction. Happy for the rain the valley needed it!

Best part about this was the fact that these two neighbors share the ditch line. It’s rare to see neighbors working together on projects or even being friendly with eachother. Great project, great people great views. Excavator is already at the next spot ready to rock!!

Great views on the lake today. Cleaning up a ditch line and placing rail road ballast rock in it. Hard to focus when you’re wanting to go cast a line!
