Anybody ever wonder if we practice what we preach about conservation?
I have 40 acres and started buying from the conservation district before I ever worked here. All the habitat pictures are products we currently have for sale until September 10th. Trees, shrubs, native plants, crabapples, and Pheasant Forever seed mixes will get your habitat moving in the right direction.
The coolest part is that anyone can plant habitat. It's really awesome to start attracting bears, bees, butterflies, bunnies, big bucks, and bobcats. Start your journey today.

Thank goodness for the rain! 🌧️
This is exactly what we've been talking about. Fall brings more moisture to our ecosystem and takes on the tedious work of watering our plants for us. The MAEAP Cropping System recognizes farms that implement crop production practices that promote sound water use, soil conservation, and nutrient management. ​

What do the farms get out of the arrangement? Protection against nuisance complaints, preferred consideration for technical assistance, and recognition as leading stewards of our natural resources.​

Good for the environment, good for farmers, and good for communities. That's the MAEAP promise.​
