Thank you to Dream Flights for providing eight Veterans from our Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home with the opportunity of a lifetime!

They had an incredible time taking to the skies in a 1943 Boeing Stearman Biplane.

It was an amazing experience that they will all surely never forget.

Let's make this Christmas season special for our Texas Veterans! 🎁

Commissioner Buckingham encourages Texans to adopt a Veteran this Christmas season by participating in Angel Tree donations at the VLB's Texas State Veterans Homes.

Every year, our Veterans homes display an Angel Tree for Veterans to share their Christmas lists with their community.

You can visit one of our participating Veterans homes, select an angel from the tree, and provide the Veteran's gift by the specified deadline.
