Town of Billerica, MA This is the Official page for the Town of Billerica. The Town of Billerica is located 20 miles northwest of Boston and borders Lowell to the south.

Incorporated in 1655, the town remained predominately agricultural until the mid-nineteenth century when a major mill complex was sited on the Concord River in North Billerica. Currently Billerica has close to 40,000 residents. The town is within minutes of Routes 3 and 495.

From the DPW Water Department:

Announcing the repeat of Water Main Flushing on Treble Cove Road from Concord Road to Bridge Street, and the Nutting Lake Area. The flushing will occur Tuesday thru Thursday from 3 PM to 9 PM. Discolored water may affect some of the surrounding areas.

Announcing a water main shutdown for the water main replacement on Pinegrove Avenue and Melody Lane. The shutdown will be on Boston Road, Pinegrove to Cardington Avenues and occur on September 23 at 7:30 AM for 4 to 6 hours. Discolored water may affect some of the surrounding areas.
