Montana Rescue Mission We have been serving the homeless in Billings, MT, for over 60 years. Our shelter is open 24 hours. We reserve the right to moderate content.

Montana Rescue Mission provides food, clothing, shelter, and life-changing services for homeless and struggling people in our corner of Big Sky Country. Compassionate support from our donors enables us to bring people in from the streets and offer them the hope of a better life. 🥹💛 Today is bittersweet at the Mission. Our Data Intern Scott's last day was today, and while we're sad to see him go, we're overjoyed for his future. Scott came to us like so many others, in search of help. However, thanks to his hard work and dedication, he became an invaluable asset and an honored brother among our staff.

Tomorrow, he leaves the Mission to go be with his family in South Dakota. With him, he will take a mission-prepped goodie bag, job readiness, and a piece of our hearts with him. 🍂🌅

🙏✝️ We wanted to give a special shout-out to all of our brothers and sisters in Christ at Faith Chapel for spending their with us! Yesterday, you helped us deep-clean our kitchen and Life Change Center, organize large donations of clothing, power-wash our courtyard, and plant some beautiful red, white, and blue flowers. 💐

True love is revealed through sacrifice.

As we reflect this Memorial Day weekend, we remember those who gave their lives in service to others. Their courage reminds us of the greatest sacrifice of all—Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life for us so we could have hope, forgiveness, and eternal life. 🙏

🎉We wanted to celebrate another huge success story to complete your Friday. 🙏

Meet Janet, she has come a long way from being a shelter guest to a shelter employee. This week, she moved into her new Mission Apartment, where she can finally cook her own eggs, catch a power nap on her lunch break, and enjoy her growing lamp collection all while helping others and spreading smiles wherever she goes.

Thank you so much, Janet, for your constant positivity and fearless dedication to helping our neighbors in need. We're truly blessed to be a part of your journey.
