The City of Biloxi Police Youth Safety Cadets is a team of young men and women interested in Law Enforcement. Anyone age 14 to 19 with a clean police record, physically and mentally fit, and maintains an overall 2.0 GPA is eligible to become an Explorer. Youth Safety Cadets gain a better understanding of law enforcement officers and their duties and also assist the police department with charitabl

e functions. Explorers are issued uniforms and equipment necessary to accomplish their mission. We attend the Southeastern Law Enforcement Explorer Academy (SLEEA) and we travel to compete in Explorer competitions across the country. The Biloxi Police Department is one of four board members of SLEEA. We meet Wednesdays 6pm-8pm at Biloxi Police Department, 170 Porter Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530.
