First Ward Senior Recreation Center The First Ward Senior Center is run by the City of Binghamton Park's & Recreation Department. We aim PURPOSE
1. To establish new friendships.
2.

The First Ward Senior Center is responsible for the delivery of recreation, leisure, exercise programs and activities in order to provide opportunities to encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle for all Seniors Citizens. To renew old friendships.
3. To promote social, educational and recreational projects.
4. To support that which would be of benefit to senior citizens.
