Grab your favorite acoustic instrument and join us for an Acoustic Jam this Saturday, September 5th, from 1:30 to 4:30 PM!

Come share your songs in a friendly round-robin circle with fellow local musicians. While we tend to play folk and traditional tunes—including some original versions—all musical styles are absolutely welcome.

To keep the volume comfortable for everyone, please leave the electric instruments at home. Don't play an instrument? No problem at all! Grab a seat and join us just to listen and enjoy the music.

See you there! 🎵✨

Discover Music begins this Saturday, September 5th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Decker Room! Youth ages 5 to 15 are invited to join The Resonaria Project for "Explore and Play," the first session of a fantastic four-part music workshop series.

Participants will explore a variety of instruments through hands-on interactive stations and discover the core elements of rhythm, pitch, tempo, dynamics, and melody.

Absolutely no prior musical experience is necessary to join the fun. You are welcome to sign up for just this single session or enjoy all four parts of the series. Because space is strictly limited, individual registration is mandatory for every specific session you wish to attend. Secure your spot today by visiting the library events page at https://www.thebcpl.org/event/discover-music-resonaria-project-music-workshop-youth-19267.
