Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare for a smooth and exciting start to the new school year, we want to ensure all logistics, including After-School Care (ASC), are seamless for you and your child on the very first day.
To guarantee that your child is fully registered, properly invoiced, and on the roster to start (ASC) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, all registration paperwork and fees must be completed by Friday, August 7, 2026.
Why is this deadline important?
Invoicing & Processing: Late registrations require manual review and system processing before MySchoolBucks (MSB) invoices can be generated and accepted.
Check-In Requirements: On the first day of school, ASC managers can only check in students whose registration and weekly fees are paid in full.
Avoid First-Day Delays: Registering on or right before the first day causes billing delays, meaning staff cannot safely accept your child into the program on day one.
