With students heading back to school, it is important drivers remember school bus safety.

🚌Watch your speed in school zones
🛑Never pass a stopped school bus
👀Be aware of the danger zones around a school bus as children may be difficult to see in early morning hours

In every state, it's illegal to pass a school bus while the stop-arm is extended and the red lights are flashing. Officers will be watching for violations to keep everyone safe.

🏎 Remember to maintain a safe speed while cruising the boulevard. Squealing tires and fast acceleration can cause a loss of control, resulting in damage to property and injury to observers.
🍺Consumption of ma*****na and alcohol is not legal in public spaces.
🚫Parking in no parking zones or on private property without permission could result in the towing of the vehicle at owners expense.
🍩Please remember that our officers on bike patrol do not participate in burnouts and do not do wheelies for donuts.
