This week for #NationalWaterQualityMonth, we're highlighting our EnviroLab. This is the largest certified laboratory operated by any public water system in Alabama.
It is equipped with state-of-the-art analytical equipment to perform chemical and microbiological tests required by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Each year, our highly-trained chemists and technicians test more than 100,000 samples from natural water sources, filter plants, and points throughout the distribution system.
