These changes have shifted the plant’s proteins and starches, weakened its nutritional profile, and increased its dependence on synthetic inputs.

The result is a wheat crop that may contribute to rising food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and a loss of dietary quality, especially compared to ancient grain varieties grown with regenerative practices.

It is interesting how the governmental leadership of many of the communities in metro area want to deny the existence of a problem. Except to do everything they can to target those working to help the unhoused and struggling people.

They go so far as to say that programs like ours that don't receive any government funding are the problem because we bring these people around. When the reality is struggling homeless people and veterans have been an issue for many decades in this country and just about every community. Many families are only one paycheck from homelessness.

Why criminalize those already struggling to exist?

Please consider helping us as we work to be a voice for the voiceless. While providing "hope, healing, and a place to grow from the rock bottom up."
