We're excited to see the progression of the Wylam Library! It's another great addition for residents in the Ensley community.

The residents of Wylam have waited a long time to see a new library, and their patience is about to be paid off. Work on the new Wylam Library is approximately 40% complete!

The building structure is has been completed and work has begun on the exterior sheathing and masonry installation. Roof installation begins this week. This $1.6 million project is estimated to be completed in January 2020.

One Pratt Park is a HUGE boost for both Pratt and Ensley communities.

After years of delays, One Pratt Park received a boost last fall when the Birmingham City Council approved $6.4 million for the project. The project is now 87% complete. Our contractor is working on completing the landscaping throughout the park, including the walking trail, plantings, and playground structures. The exterior of the community building is generally complete, and they are beginning the final touches on the interior!
