Conservative party Alabama 2026 Primary Endorsements
GOP Primary
Statewide Races
US Senate
We have a number of solid candidates here. However, two in particular we feel are stand-outs
First off is Jarrod Hudson an ex Navy SEAL and one who has worked with us on Gun Rights issues etc. A man of known integrity and one who has a record or service as law Enforcement military and also in the community.
The other is Barry Moore who in both the Alabama House and US House has shown to be a reliable voice on issues we care about deeply. He is also one of the most conservative members of the US House in voting record currently and deserves and hard look in this race.
Both candidates here have strong character and integrity plus align well with us on issues add that both have a proven record of service that demands strong consideration.
In this race we will leave this choice to the voters, but one of these candidates should become our next Alabama Senator.
For LT Governor we have several very solid well qualified candidates However for us two stand out.
Patrick Bishop served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 2017. Bishop earned an associate degree from Jefferson State Community College in 2002, a bachelor's degree from Columbia Southern University in 2009, and a law degree from the Birmingham School of Law in 2021. Bishop's career experience includes working in advocacy and as a mediator.[1]
Bishop has been affiliated with the following organizations:[1]
• Tau Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
• Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity
• Geometry Lodge #410
• Military Officers Association of America
• Veterans of Foreign Wars (Cullman County)
• Fraternal Order of Police (Cullman County Sheriff’s Office)
• National Honor Society
Pat is a very interesting candidate who brings discipline from his military background experience and unique problem-solving skills. As a retired member of our Military and current law enforcement officer Pat has a very solid record of service that we believe would make him a fine Lt Governor for Alabama.
Stewart Tankersly has been an absolute warrior on issues that affected the medical community as a member of Concerned Doctors of Alabama during the pandemic.
Tankersley, a physician and longtime conservative advocate, is positioning himself as a candidate focused on integrity, constitutional governance, and strengthening Alabama's future. His campaign is expected to emphasize medical freedom, government transparency, and traditional values - themes he has championed throughout his public life.
Dr. Tankersley is a fourth generation physician serving the citizens of the Montgomery area. After graduating from Auburn University with a major in History, he enlisted in the Army before going to medical school at UAB. He then completed two years in OB/GYN training before he and his wife spent a year training as Christian missionaries. After this brief hiatus, he returned to Montgomery and completed a residency in Family Medicine in 2002. Since then, he has enjoyed providing care locally with the exception of three deployments in the United States Army's Medical Corp during the War On Terror. He received awards for each of his deployments. He formerly serves as a Colonel in the Alabama Army National Guard.
Stewart Hill Tankersley, M.D. was confirmed by the Alabama Senate on February 14, 2013, to serve a term on the Alabama Ethics Commission from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2017.
Since finishing residency he served nine years on the board of the Montgomery County Medical Society, where he was honored to serve as President in 2010. As a result of this position – during this turbulent year in medicine – he became well acquainted with the dramatic changes that were legislated on our country's medical system as well as the country at large.
Colonel. Tankersley strongly disagreed with the COVID-19 response and has been publicly skeptical of the COVID-19 vaccine's effectiveness and safety. He is a member of Concerned Doctors of Alabama.
We are blessed with a number of good choices in this race but those two in our opinion stand above the rest.
Wes Allen on the other hand refused to hear complaints from municipal candidates all over Alabama over election issues before our last municipal elections as Secretary of State
Refusal to do his job as our Secretary of State and the chief election officer in Alabama was appalling. We ask that he be rejected as a candidate for this seat as a result.
We firmly believe that for Alabama Secretary of State there is only on logical choice.
Caroline Dobson was born in Alabama. She earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the Baylor School of Law. Dobson has served with the Alabama Forestry Commission, the Southeast Livestock Exposition, and the Birmingham Chapter of the Federalist Society
In our opinion no other candidate should be seriously considered in this race.
The Alabama AG race is another we find intriguing.
In this one we have two stand out candidates both with intriguing backgrounds running for this seat.
One in Pam Casey is a hard-nosed prosecutor with a history of being aggressive as a prosecutor in addressing corruption and protecting the citizens of the county she represents.
The Other in Jay Mitchell has a Stellar record as a long time judge and has also been effective in his role.
This is an intriguing choice and one we as a group are divided over.
An effective Judge who did the unthinkable and left an Alabama Supreme Court seat to become a prosecutor and fight for the people or the hard-nosed effective county prosecutor who has shown courage and integrity doing the same? For this race we will leave it to you the voters but one of these two in our opinion must become our next AG for Alabama!
PSC Commission
It is essential that both of the incumbent PSC Commissioners be defeated. Both are owned by special interest and in particular by Alabama Power. This is unacceptable, and we MUST have an independent PSC that works for the Citizens not special interest.
For Place one our Choice is Matt Gentry. We know Matt as a fantastic Constitutional Sheriff who is a man of integrity and strongly support him for this seat.
For Place Two Brent Woodall has been our Choice both in the last cycle and in this one. A long time friend of this group Brent has the experience character and ability to make a profound positive impact in this position.
We without hesitation recommend and endorse Brent Woodall for this seat
Auditor.
Andrew Sorrel has been a longtime friend of this group. As auditor, he has shown integrity and diligence in his position and should be returned to this position.
Without hesitation Andrew Sorrel has the full support of this group.
US House District 3.
Terri LaPoint has been a long time warrior for the causes and issue we care deeply about. Also Mike Rodgers campaign donation list is quite disturbing including almost $160 K in donations from the Democrat group Act Blue. Add that his contribution list closely mirrors Terry Sewell's the Dist 7 Black Belt Democrat we strongly support Terri in this race.
Award-winning investigative journalist and author Terri LaPoint is a proven champion for families and freedoms. She is a voice for people who have often been overlooked by Washington politicians.
“It is time for Alabama families to have a voice in Washington, D.C., because what happens there impacts all our lives,” LaPoint said. “My district deserves to have a conservative candidate who truly represents the people, not big money lobbyists — a candidate who listens and works hard for solutions.”
LaPoint has spent years investigating and exposing governmental overreach, medical kidnapping and child trafficking, shining light on the stories of innocent loving families all over America torn apart by Child Protective Services. Federal funding is at the root of these and many other issues plaguing Alabama families, and LaPoint is ready to fight for God, families and freedom in Washington DC. That’s the point.
“For years, Terri has been a courageous and unwavering advocate for the voiceless, the vulnerable and the overlooked in our society,” said Pastor Jason Hooper, King’s Way Church. “Her tireless work exposing injustices, defending families and shining a light into places where many would rather be left alone have revealed a rare combination of conviction, compassion and courage. Terri embodies the kind of principled leadership our nation desperately needs in this hour.”
