Today, we proudly highlight Marie Huntley, our recent recipient of the Core Values award and Alabama Cares Specialist for the Area Agency on Aging department.

After Hurricane Katrina, many evacuees sought refuge in Alabama, which led UWCA, along with community partners, to form the Long-term Recovery Committee. This committee still exists and reconvenes in times of crisis, such as after severe tornadoes. Learn more! #uwca100
