OPEN TODAY! Come visit the Friends Bookstore today from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. It is always a treasure hunt in the bookstore. You never know what you will find - a great mystery, that long sought after book, or just a fun read for the summer! We also have several boxes of free books available for your neighborhood Little Free Library. First come - first serve on getting those treasures. We hope to see you in the store today!

Saturday, April 11th - the Friends Bookstore will be open from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. with a special DVD sale! We received a large DVD donation with many of the items still in the shrink wrap. We will have these items available tomorrow in the store for $1 each. No bags sales will be available for these DVD's. Come see us in the store for this sale and for all the other wonderful items we have in the store. We can't wait to see you!

Happy Holidays! The Friends Bookstore is open tomorrow, Saturday, December 6th from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. for your holiday shopping. The Bookstore will be closed, Thursday, December 11th. The Birmingham Public Library system is closed on the 11th. The Bookstore will also be closed December 22-26 for Christmas and December 31 - January 1 for New Year's. We wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday season!
