Do you have a story to share? Here’s your chance to connect with readers and showcase your work at the Local Authors’ Expo!

We are now accepting author applications in the following categories:
Adult Fiction (20 spots)
Youth Authors (20 spots)
Adult Nonfiction (10 spots)

Whether you’re a published writer, indie author, or emerging storyteller, we’d love to feature your work in our community celebration of literature and creativity.

Thank you to everyone that attended our exercise class at the Titusville Library (Birmingham Public Library System)'s temporary location! Your flexibility and support during this transition are greatly appreciated. We're staying active, having fun and enjoying every workout session together. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Our weekly Senior Fitness class has changed to a new location. Please join us every Friday at 10:45 am at 421 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr Blvd, Birmingham, AL 35204! This location is right across from Parker High School.

As of May 11, 2026, the Titusville Branch Library is temporarily closed for maintenance and renovations. We are still hosting our Senior Fitness class every Friday at 10:45 am. Starting on May 15, 2026, classes will be held at the Memorial Park Recreational Center, located at 524 6th Ave S, Birmingham, AL, 35205. We are planning to host classes here until we reopen in mid-August.
