Instead, we want to encourage you to remember the incredible obstacles we have overcome through the course of quarantine 2020, as we return to a semblance of what our life was before."

The female CEOs on this year's Fortune 500 just broke three all-time records

The eagerly awaited Fortune 500 list is out, and this year there are exciting changes for women in the business world. There are some important firsts to celebrate:
⭐ TWO black women as CEOs on the list for the first time
⭐ highest-ranking business ever run by a female (#4)
⭐ a woman leads a major Wall Street Bank for the first time
⭐ 41 companies report women CEOs—the most ever

As noted in 'The Broadsheet', a Fortune magazine newsletter by Kristen Bellstrom, "I would be remiss not to mention that the list of female Fortune 500 CEOs is a lagging indicator. These are women who have spent decades honing their careers, all to prepare themselves to step onto this final rung in the corporate ladder. The titans now running Fortune 500 companies were once women early in their careers; they no doubt struggled with the same challenges that will be familiar to many of you—including the need to care for children or other family members while also excelling at work."

📈 Remember these 'titans' and their success when the going gets tough. Keep setting smart goals to accomplish your dreams!

From the highest-ranking female CEO to new representation for Black women on the list.
