Spooky season is officially here, District 4! 🎃👻 I recently took a trip through the Kingston community to check out Conjure Haunted Attraction—the only haunted house located right here inside the Birmingham city limits! Spanning over 50,000 square feet, this place is no joke. I was holding onto my hat, running, and screaming the whole way through!

Beyond the top-tier scares, they’re also doing incredible work by giving back to survivors of domestic violence through One Place Metro Alabama Family Justice Center.

Come on out, support a great local cause, and get your haunt on before the season ends!

Last week’s Woodlawn Saturday Supper brought beautiful weather, good food, and neighbors together for an evening celebrating our community.

​Recently, the neighbors of Maple Grove stood together to voice their concerns about a zoning request before the City of Birmingham. Thanks to their unified voices, the applicant officially withdrew their application!

​It takes all of us—the Council, neighbors, business owners, and property owners—working together to protect the integrity of our communities. I’m proud to stand with you and fight for what District 4 needs.

Join the City of Birmingham tonight at 5:30 PM for a Brownfields Community Meeting to learn how the Brownfields Program can help bring new life to underused and abandoned properties in North Birmingham.

Come meet the project team, ask questions, and share your ideas and priorities for the neighborhood. Community input is an important part of shaping redevelopment that reflects the people who live here.
