EDA is now accepting applications for the FY 2024 Good Jobs Challenge Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) which will invest in high-quality, locally led workforce training programs that lead to good jobs.
This new funding opportunity builds on the success of the first round of Good Jobs Challenge awards, funded by the American Rescue Plan, and this round will invest $25 million to support sectoral partnerships that bring together diverse stakeholders to develop high quality training that leads directly to a good job.

The FY 2024 Good Jobs Challenge NOFO is targeted to jobs that require less than a bachelor’s degree and advance industries critical to U.S. economic competitiveness and the competitiveness of the applicant’s region.

This NOFO places a special focus on sectoral partnerships that include worker voice in design and ex*****on and help workers in fields impacted by changes in technology and other shocks by supporting their transition into good jobs.

The NOFO deadline is September 27, 2024 at 4:59 PM EST.
