Preventive care helps you stay healthy, not just treat illness after it starts. Regular checkups and screenings can help catch health concerns early, when treatment may work best.

This Men’s Health Month:
- Schedule an annual wellness visit
- Know your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar numbers
- Stay up to date on vaccines and screenings
- Talk with a healthcare provider about your family health history
- Taking care of your health now can make a big difference later.

June is Great Outdoors Month, and we invite you to join us for a month-long movement challenge.

Start where you are. One small move each day can make a difference. Walk to the mailbox, take the stairs, park a little farther away, or stretch between meetings. Every bit of movement supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Tell us how you’re moving for your health this week!

Before starting any new exercise or movement routine, consider checking with your healthcare provider to determine what activities are appropriate for your individual health needs.

For years, Amber and Paul Co**ha felt foster care on their hearts, but life never seemed to slow down enough to take the leap. Then, one phone call changed everything.

What started with welcoming two sisters into their home grew into caring for four siblings, all while helping the children stay connected to their biological family and preparing them for reunification.
“It’s the hardest but most rewarding thing we’ve ever done,” Amber said.

This Foster Care Awareness Month, read how one family became a safe place to land for children who needed it most. ❤️
