The Ho-Chunk Nation Tribal Courts are currently experiencing technical issues with our fax system. As a result, some fax transmissions may not be received.
If you have recently sent documents by fax and have not received confirmation from the Court, please contact the Clerk of Court to verify whether your documents were received.
Until further notice, the Tribal Courts request that all pleadings, filings, and other documents be submitted by email whenever possible.
