The Appalachian Mountains Joint Venture is hosting our annual Science and Delivery Committee Meeting in Christiansburg, Virginia from September 15 – 17, 2026. This meeting brings together our implementation and research-focused partners to discuss topics that bridge science and management. The meeting is free to attend, but registration is required.
Pre-meeting Workshop (Sept 15th and morning of Sept 16th): The first day and a half of the meeting will be a hands-on workshop on acoustic monitoring hosted by the Hunter Lab at Virginia Tech and AMJV staff. Attendees will get a chance to learn about and gain experience with study design, selecting and programing equipment, deployment logistics, and data management and analysis. In person only
