Sophia will be returning to GEICO this summer as a Human Resources Intern after gaining valuable experience in HR operations, HRIS technologies, and workflow optimization last year.

Now, she’s stepping into a new area of HR and continuing to grow her experience toward a potential full-time rotational development program after graduation.

Her advice:
