The Pierce County Industrial Development and Building Authority expresses gratitude for the collaboration with CSX and Southeast Georgia Regional Development Authority, which resulted in the Pierce County Industrial Rail Park receiving the CSX Select Site Designation.

This location has local service every day of the week and has all necessary utilities (fiber, water/sewer, power, and natural gas) available on 350 acres of land.

The Pierce County Industrial Rail Park is the perfect rail site. This location is 9 miles from the CSX Rice Yard which is the largest hump yard in the CSX network which means clients can receive & ship products 7 days per week. The site has all utilities: fiber, natural gas, power, water/sewer, and rail. The Brunswick Port is 1 hour away, and the Jacksonville & Savannah Ports are 2 hours away

Great to share photos from the recent Golden Spike Ceremony. The South Georgia Regional Development Authority (SGRDA) purchased a CSX switch to serve the Pierce County Industrial Rail Park and received One Georgia funds from DCA to install approximately 2,500 ft of track. The Pierce County Industrial Rail Park is conveniently located 9 miles from the CSX Rice yard in Waycross and has 7 days per week service through CSX and Adams Warnock Inc. The site has all infrastructure available: fiber, natural gas, power, water and sewer, and rail. 350 acres on the CSX mainline to the Savannah Port. hashtag hashtag hashtag
