🍇🌱 A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Community! 🌱🍇

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the Rotarians, along with all the family and friends who came out to help us plant the first stage of our community berry patch at Cross-Thomas House & Event Center!

With muscadine grapes and blueberries now in the ground, this project is truly starting to come to life—and it wouldn’t be possible without the hands and hearts of those who showed up ready to serve. 💪🍇🫐

This is just the beginning! Be on the lookout for another opportunity to get involved as we prepare to plant blackberries in the coming weeks. We’d love to have even more of our community join in on this special project.

Together, we’re growing something meaningful for everyone to enjoy for years to come. 🌿

🌿 Exciting Progress at Cross-Thomas House & Event Center! 🌿

We’re thrilled to share that progress is well underway on our Community Berry Patch in partnership with the Rotary Club of Blackstone!

This special project will feature a variety of delicious, homegrown favorites including blackberries, scuppernongs, and blueberries—creating a beautiful space for our community to enjoy for years to come. 🍇🫐

This initiative is a true reflection of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose. We’re especially proud to be part of an organization that lives by the motto: “Service Above Self.”

We were honored to host the Blackstone Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner this past weekend at Cross-Thomas Event Center!

A huge thank you to the Chamber for choosing our space for such a special evening. It was a pleasure welcoming so many local leaders, businesses, and community members together under one roof.

Events like this truly highlight what makes our community so strong—connection, collaboration, and support for one another.

🎄 A Beloved Blackstone Tradition Returns to South Main Street! 🎄

As we gather with family and friends this week, we also want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁 We’re grateful for this wonderful community and all the traditions that bring us together.

We’re excited to share that a cherished piece of Blackstone history is returning once again this year to South Main Street! ✨

A replica of the historic Palmore-Dewey Christmas Tree—a holiday icon that so many in our community remember fondly from decades past—will once again shine bright and bring back the magic of Christmases gone by.

Here at Cross-Thomas House & Event Center (ca. 1785), we are honored to celebrate traditions that connect generations and keep the spirit of our town alive.
