Good morning! Here is our updated schedule. Please note that our drivers have been instructed to take all extra trash that may be on the side of the carts or dumpsters on your next pickup date. Good morning! Today, (Wednesday February 25th, 2026) we are running on a one-day delay for all Massachusetts stops. All Tuesday pickups are scheduled for today. Any Monday stops not done yesterday will be attempted today before we move onto our Tuesday stops. We have one driver in Millville and one in Uxbridge! Our office is open today however, we are receiving an influx of calls already. Please have patience with us at this time. If you leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we can! Good morning Valley Customers! Please disregard our previous post. Our remote office staff was just informed that pickups will not resume today (Tuesday February 24th, 2026). Due to the excess amount of snow, our drivers cannot safely operate heavy machinery today. We hope to get our drivers out tomorrow to start our Monday routes in Millville, Chepachet, and Woonsocket. We do have a remote office worker who will be answering questions and concerns in comments and in our private messages here. Please feel free to reach out, and our remote office staff will get to you as soon as she can. Our main office will be closed today as well. Thank you for your cooperation at this time, and stay safe!

To all Valley Customers: We are currently running a day behind schedule. All pickups that were not done on their normal pickup day will be done the following day. Please also be aware that due to this delay, our office is recieving a high call volume. Our office will try to get back to any missed calls as soon as possible. To all Valley Customers: With the holiday approaching tomorrow, we'd like to remind everyone that any Thursday pickups will be pushed back a day along with some Friday stops also being pushed into Saturday. Dear Valley Customers: With the holiday approaching on Friday, we would like to send out a reminder that there will be NO DELAYS in our service for any service area on Friday. Our office hours may be affected due to the holiday, but our drivers will be out on the roads until the day's work is done. The only holidays that cause delays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. For any other questions, please don't hesitate to give our office a call! Thank you, and Happy 4th! 🇺🇸🎆

Good morning, Valley Customers! Even though the weather is hectic, our drivers are still out on the roads today. Please make sure any snow pile-up is moved away from your bins so our drivers can easily access them. If the drivers need to use your driveway, please make sure it is shoveled or plowed. Any stops that were not picked up today WILL be picked up tomorrow. Thank you and stay warm! 😊❄️
