Today, I was honored to receive the Order of the Guardian Award from Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey in recognition of my 53 years of service.

A special thank you to the SBI Southeastern District, SBI Director Chip Hawley, and the men and women of the SBI for your attendance support.

Most importantly, thank you to Bladen County for giving me the opportunity to serve you and protect our citizens. It is an incredible honor to be your Sheriff and work to protect our citizens and county.

I am proud of the work we have accomplished together and look forward to what we will continue to do! 🇺🇸

Under his leadership, the Sheriff’s Office has upgraded its patrol vehicles with the latest GPS technology - improving officer safety, efficiency, and accountability.

“NC SBI Announces Formation of Border Belt Drug Task Force

ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. — The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) announced today the formation of the Border Belt Drug Task Force, a partnership aimed at disrupting drug trafficking along the I-95 corridor of the state.

The task force brings together the Robeson County Sheriff's Office, the Columbus County Sheriff's Office, the Bladen County Sheriff's Office, District Attorneys Jon David and Matt Scott, and the SBI.

The agencies will share intelligence, coordinate investigations, and pool resources across county lines to target drug trafficking operations in the Border Belt region.” North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation

It was great to see so many friends, families, and supporters coming together to share their support and love for Bladen Co.

Thank you to everyone who attended, surrounding Sheriffs, and local legislators for their support, encouragement, and guidance.
