Hey FB friends and family, here's an event you don't want to miss on SEPTEMBER 21, 2019 if you're anywhere the DMV...It's called PORT TOWNS DAY and it's fun for all ages. Of course it's at the "Best Park Ever", Bladensburg Waterfront Park! (4601 Annapolis Rd. Bladensburg, MD)
Port Town’s Day is an Annual festival where the Towns of Bladensburg, Colmar Manor, Cottage City and Edmonston come together to celebrate their efforts to create safe and sustainable communities. Festival attendees will enjoy a day of entertainment, craft vendors, international food choices, children’s activities and much, much more.

Welcome to an informational page which promotes the most exciting family-oriented public park in the DMV!!! BLADENSBURG WATERFRONT PARK offers scenic views along the Anacostia River as well as a museum paying homage to the events surrounding the historic "Battle of Bladensburg". Park amenities include: canoe, kayak, paddle boat, and bike rentals. Fishing on-site (w/permit). Pavilion and Conference Room rentals available. There are pontoon boat rides up and down the river, free concerts in July, and a host of scheduled events year round.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. THE PLACE TO VISIT!!
