You are invited to join a series of Workshops focusing on "When Life Gets Hard", facilitated by Chaplain Felecia Sutton.

The workshops will cover:
*Practical life skills for managing stress, worry, anxiety, disappointment, fear and grief.
*Learn how faith addresses issues of the heart and mind.
*Learn how community can build resilience and hope in everyday life.

These will be held on Saturdays October 4, 11, and November 1, at Birch Bay Bible Community Church
